The benefits of Suncoast Family Wellness include Nutrition, Integrative Family Medicine, Acupuncture, Osteopathic treatments, Herbal, Homeopathic, supplements and aroma therapy, breath work, and mind body spirit medicine. Dr. Barbara L. Bakus, DO, ABIHM is a board certified Family Physician. She is also board certified in Integrative Holistic Medicine, and has completed an Integrative Medicine fellowship with Dr. Andrew Weil , at the Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine. Additionally, she  has trained at UCLA for  Medical Acupuncture.  She is currently seeing patients. An Open house will be scheduled for near future. This is an exciting new medical practice designed to give the patients of all ages a full spectrum of treatment options in which the patient and physician collaborate in  new and dynamic ways for the individual optimal health  of each patient.
